Conduct your banking transactions on the go with the Fidelity Online Banking app and enjoy the convenience of banking whenever and wherever you want. Our redesigned app puts all of our services right at your fingertips, allowing you to:

• Transfer funds to accounts in any Bank in Nigeria
• Transfer funds to your other accounts with just one click, no token required
• Use biometric/fingerprint authentication for easier login
• View all your accounts including current, savings, fixed deposit, domiciliary, and card accounts
• Personalize your profile and change your picture as desired
• Maintain/manage beneficiaries for funds transfer, bill payment, and airtime purchases
• Receive in-app messages about new features, quick tips, and promotional offers
• Top up your mobile phone or the phones of your family, friends, and loved ones
• Pay bills such as DSTV, GoTV, PHCN, mobile post-paid bills, SWIFT, Smile, and more
• Repay your Fidelity Credit Card

How to Use the Fidelity Online Banking App:

1. Install the Fidelity Online Banking app
2. Open the app and sign in with your existing credentials

New? How to Register:

If you are 16 years old or above and have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services, as well as any of our debit cards, click on "Sign Up Here" and follow the instructions on your screen. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number registered with your account.

If you have received a verification code, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card or visit the nearest bank branch to activate your online banking profile. Once completed, you can start using your online banking account immediately.

To access advanced features, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in using your online banking credentials.

For Business Accounts:

The app is only available for sole-signatory account holders. It cannot be registered with credit cards.

Fidelity Instant Banking:

Fidelity also offers an Instant Banking Service (*770#) that can be accessed from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alerts. This service does not require an internet connection.
